Artist Statement
Words are often inadequate to express the images that touch my heart.
Therefore, I try to express my deep feelings by painting.
My inspiration is taken from nature and I strive to focus on the essential. I want to strip away what I see as unnecessary and distracting.
Much of my work is about water, the giver of life, that we literally cannot live without.
